CALL TO ORDER

3:50 Martin is leaving for England the first week of May, so we need to identify a new President. Possible candidates: Ron Renard, Chris Rauch, Barry Christiansen. We will finalize the new board at the April board meeting. Need to drum up attendance for April meeting. 4:00 Planning for upcoming FFF simulcast. Need to publicize; Humanists of North Puget Sound; University Unitarians. We will meet at Gordon Biersch after the simulcast with anyone who's interested. 4:30 Future events: Fremont Fair; tabling at UW student week. Idea: Have another Annual Meeting in October, after UW tabling, and invite Barry C to speak again.

Action Items: Damon: - bring stamps to FFF event, for Lori - Email membership about FFF event; mention Gordon Biersch - Prepare a newsletter to be sent out immediately after FFF event. Contents: Weinstein, FFF, Martin leaving / new board - Prepare a flyer for posting at libraries, about the FFF event - Ask wife about graphic design for letterhead, business cards, thank you cards Martin: - Address and amount for MRFF check to Richard - Order more pamphlets Richard: - Cut and mail check for MRFF with info from Martin Lori: - Contact the Fremont Arts Council about tabling at the Fremont Fair - Book next month's meeting, ideally at Capitol Hill Library, 4/16/2008, 6:30PM - Print and mail the newsletter after Damon creates it - Publicize the FFF event: Seattle Atheists, Ron Renard (Humanists of NPS) Everyone: - Think of any other ideas for newsletter, send to Damon
