CALL TO ORDER

6:20 Motion was mode to approve the January minutes by Lori. Seconded by Damon. All ayes

6:25 Discussion of efforts that have been made to publicize the Weinstein event. A Google search comes up with several good results. Pirate TV will film.

6:32 Discussion of the Town Hall walkthrough of the Weinstein event.

6:37 Lori made a montion to approve a $185 expenditure for security at the Weinstein event. Seconded by Damon. All ayes.

6:52 Damon made a reservation for the meet&greet lunch with Weinstein and others at Anthony's

7:05 Martin announced that on Wednesday, March 26, 6PM, at Pacific Place theater there is a tabling event for a First Freedom First movie.

New Business:

7:10 ideas for future events. 1. Lori suggested Meaningful Movies on February 29 in Wallingford 2. Damon suggested providing a water station at the Seafair Marathon 3. Martin suggested the Fremont Fair
